Missing Rewards

I pre-ordered Watchdogs 2 and never saw the rewards for that. I have two surveys for 250 points still pending from January and November. I just did another one that isn't even showing in pending plus I completed the mission to buy an Xbox One-S and it is
not pending either. I cannot remember how many points I was supposed to receive for Watchdogs 2 but I believe it was 15K. That means I am supposed to be receiving 65750 points. Please help!

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

For support to check your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that to receive the credits for Watch Dogs, it had to be purchased as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com

Survey credits can take up to 96 hours to show as pending, so if you just took the survey, it would be too early to see those credits pending.

 

ok what about the survey from January and November that's still "pending"?

 

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So two surveys would not be enough to trigger an automatic deposit. Once you have at least 1,000 credits pending, you can request deposit.
