Missing rewards points

Hi everyone.

I haven't received any Xbox rewards points since the end of January. I have spent money both ingame and at Microsoft website, but points not updating.

Anyone else having this issue?

I submitted a ticket with Support but was sent email saying

"Thanks for contacting Microsoft Rewards Customer Support.

We're sorry but we're currently unable to provide assisted support. We're working hard to get back up as quickly as possible. Please check out support.microsoft.com for
our other support options and latest status. Thanks for your patience and understanding."

What does this mean?
