Missing Rewards from Xbox One S Purchase

Hi,

I am missing the 50,000 rewards credits from my Xbox One S purchase. I pre-ordered an Xbox One S and was charged for my purchase during the current offer period. The FAQ says it would take 15 days for the points to be deposited, but I was charged at the
beginning of the month.

50,000 rewards points missing

HI, I bought ( pre-order ) a Xbox One S on 20th October, I have received it on 24th October and it's look like I'm missing 50,000 rewards points. That was my first time purchase from microsoftstore.com and of course I had previously Xbox One console.

Could someone double check that for me ?

The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console ships, not from the date you were charged.

Since your initial purchase was made outside of the offer period, it was not automatically picked up for Rewarding. We will adjust your account to reflect your purchase. You should see the Credits pending before the end of next week.

Unless there is a specific promotion running (such as the Upgrade to Xbox One S, or physical disc pre-order from microsoftstore.com in the US) we are NOT rewarded for making hardware or physical disc purchases.

The staff can confirm if you qualified for the One S upgrade, other than that unless the games you purchased were hard-copy pre-orders from microsoftstore.com, and you live in the USA, then those will not count toward MyVip/Rewards.

I don’t believe so, I had checked the rewards app several times prior to my purchase and the Xbox one S purchase was always there.

Okay, in that case, if you believe you followed the steps that the promotion required, the best place to speak with someone from Microsoft Rewards Support is to go to account.microsoft.com/rewards
and at the bottom of the page hit the link to "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support".

You get 20 msp`s for your birthday ,and any other rewards are given for surveys or purchasing items from the marketplace.
