Missing rewards from my February purchase

Hi, I bought Monster Hunter World on 2/8/18 (and I have the digital receipt to prove it) and have never received my 10% back on it. I looked at the My Missions page and under the Pre-Order Punch Card, it says that I pre-ordered Monster Hunter World. Well
anyone that can read can see that 2/8/18 is AFTER 1/26/18 (by almost 2 weeks) then I did NOT pre-order the game and should be getting my 10% back. Thanks

My 10 percent rebate from money spent in February never showed up

I was supposed to get like $10 back from my 10 percent rebate on money spent in the Xbox store in February but my February rewards never showed up in my rewards account. Is there a issue or glitch in your system or can you add the $10 I'm missing for the
money I spent during February? Thanks

 

I Never Get Rewards

I renew my live account every year and frequently purchase digital games but the last reward credit I have received is from doing a survey back in February of 2017. Of most recent, I purchased Destiny 2 and PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds digitally through
the Xbox Store, but I didn't' receive any rewards for these purchases... Am I missing something about how the rewards system works? I'm a frequent gamer and would like to make the most of any reward system you offer.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next .month

So it would be too early to see those credits pending.

 

Not exactly right. Since I have had this Rewards program since Day 1, I know how it is supposed to work. It states "Some activities will display in the MyCredits progress bar and in MyStatement within two to four business days. Others, like
special offers, won't show up until the offer is over." Well since it is NOT a special offer and it has been 25 days since purchase and my March survey points are pending already..this is not the case. Also since it says "You pre-ordered" on the little Pre-Order
Punch Card when I clearly didn't....I'm getting out ahead of it since I know they will not add it to my deposit.

 

And support will verify that for you, but that is true about the turn around time for VIP rebates. It's always been like that.

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. The pre-order punch card marks off every game you own so that you know which games remain for you to pre-order. This does not indicate that the purchase was flagged
as a pre-order.
