    Missing Rewards for Ghost Recon Wildlands


    I pre-ordered Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition ($99.99) on 3/3/17 and according to my current missions there is 1 reward for 6,000 credits that I should qualify for that hasn't credited.

    The "Simply Rewarding" reward which reads:

    "Get ready to treat yourself. To earn this special Reward, just spend $60 before tax on ANY* content from the Xbox Store or Microsoft Movies & TV by March 31. That’s right… anything you choose, from pre-order games to movies and more."

    Also, isnt there a pre-order bonus for my purchase that I qualify for as well?

    Missing Rewards for Ghost Recon Wildlands

    A pre-order of Ghost Recon would qualify toward the Games on Demand punchcard as well as the Simply Rewarding. Other than that there is no other external pre-order bonus (there may be some digital items delivered by the Developer for pre-ordering).

    To get confirmation that the purchase went through and is being counted properly you will want to post in the Support Forum. This is the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. Once you re-post in the support forum they will review your account
    and reply within 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.

    You'll want to post in the support section of the forum so support can check which offer the purchase went towards. Keep in mind that you can only get awarded for a purchase once, so it wouldn't have counted towards both offers.
