Missing Rewards credits

Hello last month I purchased at least $225 worth of games and movies on Xbox. Although none of my points have been added to my credits pending. Ive never had this issue before. Please help me figure this out. Thank you. If im correct I should have earned
about 22,000 plus points.

I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.

 

Keep in mind that if you're looking for VIP rebate credits, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for July purchases.

 

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. That's the thing though every other time credits have been calculated at the end of the month. They still show up as "pending". I was just concerned that the points I earned from rebates had not been calculated
for July.

 

Which they haven't been calculated for July and yet it is now August. Hence my question of why not? lol I understand that they deposit on the 15th and 30th of each month. But most of the time for me they have been calculated by now. Just kinda weird to me
because some of my purchases were 2-3 weeks ago.

 

Rebates are always shown as pending with the last date of the month they are for, but they are never added on that date. They are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So since it is just the 1st, it is too early
to see credits pending for July purchases.

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. We backdate every montly payback to the last day of the month so that you know which month that payback is for.

Also from the FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So your various pre-orders will not qualify for payback.
