    Missing rewards credits


    I upgraded from an Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 credits offer and it's been over a month and I still haven't been credited with the points, nor are they showing as pending. Can you credit the points please?

    I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.
