    Missing rewards 150 Gems from Birthdate, No Xbox Live Rewards emails since Jan. 24, 2018 =(


    Hi there XBL Rewards Support =) My "Xbox Live Rewards Emails" stopped coming to my email; and that has prevented me from claiming certain "email-only" rewards. Such as the "email link/call to action button" rewards for reading those emails.

    I've also participated in one of MyMission's "FREEdom Rewards" offers, the FREE Ride category. I have opted-in FREE Ride, and I completed 5+ hours of gameplay in three different Free-to-Play Titles: World Of Tanks, Happy Wars, and Airmech Arena. Just
    one game seems to be acknowledged in the FREE Ride section. I assume it was from playing World Of Tanks, since it was the first game I played the most this month.

    Let me know what we can do, so I may receive the 150 MyVIP Gem Reward in my email, and/or the 1,000 Credits from the FREE Ride offer this month. ^_^ Thank You, sincerely Noctis.

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    As stated in the FAQ, you will not lose your Gems. They will be converted to points. As stated in your email notification, this will be at a 1:1 ratio:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



    You’ll have until 31 May 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until 15 June 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Hi Noctis Vesper. We have not sent you an email for your birthday Gems since Gems were introduced October 2017. You'll be getting that email once your birthday month rolls around (we have that as next month). You may also want to check your junk mail folder
    as some do report that that is where our emails go.

    Regarding Free Ride. Some gameplay does take over the 96 hours to process through. You'll be seeing two more punches in about 48 hours. That will complete the mission. Thanks for your patience.
