Missing reward points

HI there,

I am frustrated and disappointed

I purchased an xbox one december 2015 while living in Republic of Ireland.

Having previously lived in the UK and being an owner of an xbox360 all my account details were set to the UK region.

As such, I contacted microsoft support to change my region of my account to the Republic of Ireland.

This was completed promptly, and i was able to purchase from the xbox store with euros, from the ireland xbox store.

However, i was not informed i would need to reset my rewards account for the region change.

As such all purchases made in ireland, for my irish account from the irish store have not registered for MyRewards and turned into credits for the period 25th December 25th 2015 to 23rd December 2016 because the rewards account still registered to UK.

Have to say disappointed by the experience for the lack of information from microsoft when all the account changes were made.

Also disappointed by the length of time it has taken to get it sorted (or not sorted in this case)(4weeks).

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Microsoft doesn't run the Rewards program so regular support does not handle or have access to that system. So they would not have known to tell you to opt out and opt back in. That information is in the program's FAQ.
