missing reward points from Microsoft store offer

i took up an offer on the microsoft store in december 2016 where if I purchased a new xbox one s I would be rewarded with £30 of reward points. I have chased this via microsoft support three times bow and still have no points. It is coming up to nearly 4
months and I want this sorting please.

I made a larg buy on Xbox concule, and games at the Microsoft Store but is there away to redeem that for reward point, xbox live or Microsoft points?

Since you registered after we had chosen members for the 50,000 Credit offers, you would not be eligible for the offer. We will adjust your account for the 30,000 Credit default offer. You should see those Credits pending by the end of next week.

Can you please specify which Keys you are missing (rewards from a round or rewards for assisting with the Community Goal)? By "points", do you mean Coins? Have you tried any of the solutions offered in our FAQ, including manually checking for updates or
uninstalling the game and resetting the Store cache?

Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries or regions.

No. The Microsoft Rewards program have the same type of offers as the Xbox Rewards program. You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at the Microsoft Store and then you earn points for doing things like using Bing for searches and taking their quizzes.
