Missing reward points for July

Hi there.

I've been level 2 Gold VIP rank for a while and never had any issues. But I made several purchases at the end of the Xbox summer sale (10-11th July), and none of them have shown up yet as pending credits under 'my rewards'. The only thing that does appear
for July is the 250 pending credits for completing the survey.

The purchases made, and missing, from my rewards are:

10/7/17 - £4.80 - Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor

10/7/17 - £25 - Skyrim Special Edition

11/7/17 - £17.99 - Watchdogs 2 Season Pass

11/7/17 - £2.31 - Forza Horizon 3 Porsche Car Pack

11/7/17 - £17.50 - The Witcher 3: GOTY Edition

Unposted Rewards for the month of July and August.

I hope this message finds you well, My name is Richard and my gamertag is . I'm writing because I have not received the "10% back" rewards for the latter half of the month of July to the beginning of August, nor the points for the "Anime Month"
reward's mission, and I was hoping someone on your team might be able to help me. Based on my calculations, I spent somewhere around $240.32, between July 27th to August 1st, which should result in a "10% back" reward of $24.32, or 24,320 points. In addition,
a significant number of those purchases should apply to the "Anime Month" Reward's Mission, offered in July, which was valued at 4,000 points (or $4). In total, there appears to be about 28,320 points (or $28,32) missing from my rewards statement for the
months of July and August.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for July purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
