Missing Reward Points and Updtates

Hello,

I have been watching my Xbox rewards account and my updates on my missions, but there have not been any updates recently.

I am missing every purchase since

December 10th, as far as my rewards go, plus my punch card reward for 15,000 points. My last pre-order for the punch card was almost 20 days ago so the 96 hours is long gone.

How long does it take to update the system? This is not a gripe. I just want to know for future reference so I don't bother y'all or the customer service.

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Unless stated differently in the terms of the offer, it usually takes about 96 hours for the program to update after making a purchase. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from (aside from the punchcard offer)? Keep in mind that if you
are looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for any purchases that were not part of another offer.

Also, if Resident Evil was one of your purchases for the punchcard offer, it will not complete the offer until it releases later in January.

 

No, I purchased over 300.00 worth of xbox games since December 10th. All of the pending credits from December 3rd and earlier have been already credited, but nothing since. the last pre-order to complete my 3 required was Dead Rising 4. If my memory serves
me correctly the release date was the 6th. The points still have not been added. I have also not been credited for any of the games I purchased since the 10th except for my star rating going from 4 to 5, which I only needed 30.00 to reach that goal.

I have been an Xbox customer for a long time. a little over 8 years according to the last representative I spoke with, but that is just time. please help find out what is going on.

As Smwutches says, and as stated in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending for your non-offer purchases.

Regarding purchases for the Games on Demand offer, only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. Since only your purchase of Dead Rising 4 was made within the offer period, it was the only purchase to receive a punch. The body
of the offer page shows all the games you have purchased for tracking purposes. The punchcard at the top of the offer page is what completion of the offer is based off of.

The system usually takes up to 96 hours to process information.
