    Missing reward from November 2nd


    I purchased the 3 month Xbox live for $14? On September that also came with a reward of 500,000 on Grand theft auto v online and was told to recieve that reward on November 2nd which did t make sense but okay. It is now November 4th and I have not received
    anything. False advertising?

    Haven't received XBox Quests rewards for October or November

    Hi. I never received the mystery prizes for completing the XBox Quest requirements in October and November. From reading other posts I understand the November rewards are still going out, but any help with the missing October reward would be appreciated.

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

    I'm missing my reward from January too. I only received my reward from the Game Pass Quest from January.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like your renewal caused a temporary break in subscription right around when we were calculating your deposit. We'll adjust your account, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest.
