    Missing Reward Credits


    I made purchase in December that counted toward a promotion, but I did not complete promotion, it was my understanding that purchases that go towards a mymission promotion that are not completed revert back to regular %back in credits, however I have no
    credits deposited after the mymission promotion expired. I had two purchases that went toward the past, present, future promotion that I am missing my 6% in credits back now.

    I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.

    Any purchase that counts towards a promotion will not count towards your rebate, even if you don't complete the offer.
