Missing Reward Credits

I have been a MS Rewards Member since 10-12-1014 and Gold Member even

longer. I realized I have NOT been getting the double rewards being a

Gold Member since the beginning of my Sign Up.. My Lifetime

Credits Earned is 114,750, when in fact I should have earned 229,500

Credits being a Gold Member

Missing rewards

I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.

Support will double check but keep in mind that the double points is only eligible for VIP rebates. If you have been getting the extra credits, your VIP rebates will be listed with (gold) next to them in your statement.

Hello Scooter ZZZ Man,

If you sort/view your lifetime Rewards, you will see that you have been receiving Gold payback for the months you have had Gold. However, it looks like your recent seven month subscription was not properly detected. We are currently investigating why this

How long has it been? The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you redeemed them.

it has been three days xD i guess i have to keep checking then >_<

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. That's the thing though every other time credits have been calculated at the end of the month. They still show up as "pending". I was just concerned that the points I earned from rebates had not been calculated
for July.

Keep in mind that if you're looking for VIP rebate credits, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for July purchases.
