    Missing Reward Credits


    Hi there! I purchased an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store on October 17th and noticed that there was (and is) a promotion to get 50,000 reward credits with the purchase. I was told by XBLR Twitter support to wait for 15 days afterwards to get the credits,
    but it's been over that time frame now and am just wondering where to go from here.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.
