Missing Reward Credits for October

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since these purchases were pre-orders, they are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award payback. The only way to receive Credits for pre-orders is from Games on Demand.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it would be too early to see credits pending for October purchases. However, preorders do not count towards VIP, so you would not receive a rebate on those
purchases. The punchcard would be the only way to receive credits for them.

Any purchases that count toward another offer on the site does not also qualify for rebates. You can only be rewarded for purchases once.

Hi Annihilator. Payback Rewards Credits were awarded to you for your purchases made in October and November. For October, you were awarded 2000 payback Credits, which is 2% back since you are Star level 1. For November, you were awarded 800 Credits. You
can find them in your MyStatement. Your October Credits have been deposited to your Microsoft account while your November Credits are still pending.

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

• 10 keys (can only be earned once)
• 5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since you only registered into the sweepstakes on October 1st, we have not yet processed that registration. Please allow for more time for us to process your recent registration. Additionally, as mentioned in the FAQ, Credits for this part of the sweepstakes
are not awarded until the end of the offer period (October 13th).

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.
