    Missing rewards credit for last month, the dashboard shows I have 20,000 credits pending which will be awarded for last months rewards in the next few days, but this is far short of the actual $300+ I spent in the store last month, at the 10% rate I receive
    for rewards I am missing at lest 10,000 credits from last month.

    The previous month I was also not awarded any points for my purchases via pre-order of For Honor Deluxe Edition and Sniper 4 to the tune of $130, ie 13,000 missing credits. I had thought since they were pre-order perhaps they would show up this month, but
    apparently that is not the case.

    Also, for August 2016 I was awarded a paltry 6,500 points based on what I assume to be an error with the site that probably happened to everyone, and this has never been fixed. I was awarded only 5% for that month as if I were not an XBOX Live Gold member,
    instead of the 10% I should have recieved, probably because the site was having problems and was saying NOBODY was an xbox live gold member (this was an xbox service outage) and this happened at the same time the monthly rewards were calculated... again, this
    has never been addressed or resolved.

    In total I am missing 29,500 rewards credits for purchases from the xbox store. This is simply way too much missing credit to not be addressed and just let go...

    I am currently missing nearly 43,000 credits please fix this. I just want my points. I spend too much money for this not to work

    Support will check, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders and any other purchases that are eligible for other offers on the site do not count towards your rebates.

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check again soon to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying

    purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you made purchases towards Simply Rewarding and Warrior Rewards (Witcher 3 Wild Hunt: Expansion Pass, which did not complete the offer) those purchases did not award payback. Additionally, from our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles
    (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies
    & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.


    Since you had a pre-order of "Kona", that purchase did not award payback. For similar reasons, your pre-orders in February were not eligible for payback.

    We can confirm that due to the renewal of your subscription on August 15th, our system incorrectly processed that as a break in subscription. We will duplicate that Credit event to reflect the double amount back you get from Gold status. You should see this
    adjustment by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience. However, there was no program-wide outage of Gold subscriptions in August.

    Hi Charlie. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. While their fix
    was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    How long has it been? The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you redeemed them.

    Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. That's the thing though every other time credits have been calculated at the end of the month. They still show up as "pending". I was just concerned that the points I earned from rebates had not been calculated
