    Missing Reward Credit


    I had been previously awarded $10 on 6/21/16 and now it is no longer in my account. Is there anything I can do to recover my money. I had been holding on to it for Cuphead.

    Once credits are deposited into your account, Rewards support no longer has access to it and it becomes a billing issue. You'll want to check
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to see where the currency went. If you hadn't used it, it most likely expired (currency expires a year after being deposited). Otherwise, if you see any errors or transactions you didn't
    make, you would want to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I had no idea it expired! Is there any chance I could contact some one to get it back? I was literally holding out for one game Missing Reward Credit :(

    You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing, but generally once funds expire there is no way to get it back.

    Missing Reward Credit

    Hello lBuAcDk,

    We see that you are not and have never been a Rewards member. Therefore, it looks like this may have been a refund awarded with our program name. Unfortunately, we have no control over billing, so we cannot assist with this issue. However, promotional currency
    expires one year after being placed into your account, so if you have not spent this currency it would have expired.

    How long has it been? The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you redeemed them.

    Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. That's the thing though every other time credits have been calculated at the end of the month. They still show up as "pending". I was just concerned that the points I earned from rebates had not been calculated
    for July.

    Keep in mind that if you're looking for VIP rebate credits, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for July purchases.
