    Missing registered devices


    I brought an elite series 2 controller back in December, I registered it under my account when I got it home and it was fine, it was viewable under my devices. It is no now longer showing on there and I need to make a repair claim as its got stick drift on both sticks, I have tried re registering it to my account and it says its done but it isn't showing up. I have tried on different browsers but it hasn't made any difference. I have tried to go through the contact paths on the Microsoft site but doesn't seem to get anywhere.

    Please check these steps.

    To complain about your Elite Series 2 controller, which is not showing up in your account and has gliding issues, follow these steps:

    1. Confirm the registration:

    Go to the devices page of your Microsoft account and check if the controller is still registered. If it is not, try registering again with the serial number

    Hello, here are the steps to re downloading your profile back to your original console, 1) Sign into your Xbox live gold account, 2) Provide your password on the account 3) Give it time to sign you into your account (optional) 4) Once signed in, disconnect
    from Xbox live and wait 5 minutes to reconnect. If this has not helped, please contact a Xbox live ambassador or a customer support rep, I hope I was of any help :)!
