    Missing Redeem Code for Bundled Content on XBox One S Purchase


    Hi,

    Yesterday I've bought Xbox One S Bundle (including 2 controllers and FIFA 19) from MediaMarkt / Germany.

    After I've unboxed the console, I've found out that there was no redeem code for FIFA 19 inside the box (there were only redeem codes for xbox live gold and game pass). The bundle pack I've bought is exactly same with the picture below.. Do you have any
    idea about what shall I do in order to get my FIFA 19 redeem code ?

    How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

    Purchased the Xbox One Madden bundle. Great value...assuming I can find Madden. Redeemed the code. The Xbox gave me a message that I redeemed the Xbox One bundle. There is no place to download the game for free. Didn't automatically queue up. Still asks me to pay for it when I go to the game in the store. Anyone else have this issue?

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition contained wrong code

    Hi there,

    first, be sure to double check every leaflet in the box to be sure no leaflet with redeemable code was present.

    After that in such situation I would advise returning to the store (Mediamarkt) and explain the situation to see what options they have, since if there was no leaflet with code in there, they sold a product that was not complete, at least that is my opinion.

    I am sure that it was nowhere in the box.. Only idea I had was maybe it could be binded to the gold live subscription code that was in the box, and I see that it can not be the case..

    Yesterday I went to the seller and informed them about the situation.. They have made me fill a form explaining the situation and they informed me that it will be sent to Microsoft..

    I'll also contact the support as you mentioned, and hope to get a reply from them soon.

    Missing Redeem Code for Bundled Content on XBox One S Purchase

    Hello,

    I want to make a status update.. After going to the shop where I've bought Xbox bundle from, they told me to expect a redeem code from Microsoft in few days, but it has been more then 10 days now. And there is still no answer. I've contacted them again over
    twitter, and they told me that the code should be inside the box..

    One thing took my attention is, fifa redeem code is only mentioned in the outside cover of the box. But in the interior box, only extra content is "xbox controller, game pass redeem code for 1 month and redeem code for 14 days of gold live subscription".
    You can see the pictures of my bill, outside cover and the inside box contents.

    Now I really started thinking MediaMarkt itself is not helping me at all, so how shall I get into contact with Microsoft about the issue ? Because when I try to reach to support, it directly leads me to the community page.. Where can I directly send an e-mail
    to Microsoft, or make them contact me? (Because "ask for contact" button seems not working for me, maybe because of my region)

    Can you please also tell me if everthing is normal with the interior box? (not the outside cover). Because I really wonder that if the problem has occured because of wrong packaging ?

    Greetings from Germany.

    In order to save costs, the interior packaging is the "standard" packaging for every console. With special bundles like your FIFA bundle, only a cheap "wrapper" is put around the standard interior box, as it's cheaper to print a bundle specific wrapper,
    than to print a complete box for each and every bundle.

    If you are sure you can't find the code on any of the included cards (maybe the FIFA code is printed together on a card), it MIGHT be, that a previous customer bought the bundle, redeemed the FIFA code, and then returned the console to Media Markt for whatever
    reason.

    If the person at the return counter didn't check the contents properly, it might be that they didn't know the FIFA code was missing, as they only checked the hardware.

    This is just an assumption.

    Anyways: If you want to contact the official support again, you could try calling the German support directly (unless they changed the Callcenter to call you back like in other countries already). Information about that is here: Kundensupport kontaktieren

    If directly calling them doesn't work, check the times of operation on that page, and during these times (Mo-Fr 9:00-18:00, Sa-So 10:00-18:00) go to

    There click on "Xbox One", then "Xbox und Zubehör" and then "Garantie Service und Reparatur".

    Click on the "Kontaktoptionen anzeigen" button, and depending on availability choose to chat with support or request a callback.

    I have got into contact with Microsoft (over chat support because there is no English support in phone contact). They asked me to send the bills and the documents, and after I have provided them everything they asked, they told me that they can not do anything
    and I need to contact the seller. It is weird that they need all of my personel information and screenshots of product receipt just to advise me to get into contact with the seller.

    I explained them I have already done it, and the reason I'm trying to look for a help from Microsoft is basically because Media Markt looks like actually not helping.. But the answer was still "go and contact the seller".. Was it because of the contact person
    I was talking to on live support, or is it just the common attitude of Microsoft about solving problems ?
