    Missing Purchases in Minecraft 1.16


    Hi,

    About 2 years ago my computer lost its memory and I had to fix it. I did have a Microsoft account where my purchases had been saved. I had purchased the festive mash up and a star wars skin pack. When I got my pc repaired I took out another microsoft account. Now, I wanted to find the first account, but my purchases had disappeared. no way to find them. In vain I disconnect, reconnect, nothing to do. I recently saw a Minecraft post that was a few months old saying that this issue was common and was going to be fixed. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work and Microsoft support doesn't know. Help me even if I know that my case is common among many others.

    Both the iPad and Windows 10 box in question have been updated. Both are running minecraft 1.16.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. This means that one of you guys are on an outdated version of the game, and need to update Minecraft. It could also mean that one of you is a part of the Minecraft Beta. If this is the case, then you would not be
    able to play with each other. Which one of you is on 1.16?

    Minecraft not recognizing Microsoft balance

    Same thing happening to us. Microsoft website showing correct account balance, but buying minecoins from Minecraft on Win 10 fails because it thinks balance is much lower ($1.16 instead of $17.17).

    Confusingly, buying games from the Windows 10 store works. So the glitch seems to be Minecraft specific.

    I am playing Minecraft windows 10 while my friend is playing on xbox one. While I tried to join his game it said Outdated client. I went to check to see if my game has an update and it does not. My friends game does not have an update either. I
    am on 1.14 and he is on 1.16. So basically we can't play with each other. And I know 1.16 came out on march 16th this year.
