    Missing purchased games


    so, hello!

    My name is rodrigo and I am from Brazil.

    I have bought an XBOX ONE S, recently, but I have had an XBOX 360 before, in which I have downloaded lots of games. So, when I tried do download those games, again, in my new XBOX, only some of them were in the "Ready To Install" list, and the other ones
    were not. I searched for them in the store, but it was required for me to buy them again, as if I hadn't done that already. What's happening? Can you guys help me?

    Purchased Games missing?

    So, i was going through my game titles list for my xbox 360 games as im going to set my 360 back up and ive noticed that some of my titles that i purchased digitally are not in my list of games, is this because they are no longer supported? i know i purchased
    "Carrier Command: Gaea Mission" but thats one of the titles that isnt in my games list :/ can someone help

    Best is to contact official support to see what has happened.

    They can also provide you with info on discontinued titles.

    Some friends them are:

    Those games are not backwards compatible. In order to play them on the One, you would need to purchase the One versions.
