Missing purchase

So i’ve bought a game 2-3 years ago played it and then deleted it to clear up space, but now for some reason when i tried to reinstall it, instead of letting me its asking for a code? I’ve paid for that game already and the thing is It was a digital copy
so why i am unable to reinstall it

You're not alone in this issue - a lot of members are having the same problem with COD points. Activision did have an issue but it's apparently fixed now so I assume they are working their way through crediting the points to accounts that have been purchased
while their system has had issues. If you still don't receive the points on Monday, then I would check your bank to ensure the funds have left your account, and then contact Activision for an update.

I reset my console and everything its been 9 hours already and I got 2 of my purchase but not my 3rd one and they were all the same for the same game and account.

Pretty much yes. You only ever own a license to use digital games and that license can be revoked for numerous reasons. You could try requesting a refund due to the circumstances but exactly how that would pan out I don't know.
