Missing Purchase

23 hours ago I tried purchasing the fortnite battle Royale starter pack and was charged $5.24 for it on my PayPal by Microsoft. After I completed the transaction I received an error from Microsoft saying they were experiencing problems on their side. I pressed
ok and figured the transaction didn't go through because I didn't receive the pack, but I checked my PayPal and saw the charges from Microsoft. I've tried contacting Microsoft support but they said that since the charge doesn't show up in my Microsoft order
history they that could use that to support their claim that a transaction never took place. I am extremely frustrated at Microsoft and I don't know where else to go to to get help.

Missing Purchases

I made several purchases for Pinball FX2 on my first xbox one. When I

upgraded to the one S, none of my purchased tables are showing on the

one S. I emailed Zen, and they said it is a Microsoft issue. When I

select a pack and choose "manage game", the info says "this product is

installed", but the tables are still not available to play. Can anyone help?

However, for a billing issue of this nature you'll need to reach back out to
Chat or Phone support as we're afraid these types of issues are not handled via the forums.

You're not alone in this issue - a lot of members are having the same problem with COD points. Activision did have an issue but it's apparently fixed now so I assume they are working their way through crediting the points to accounts that have been purchased
while their system has had issues. If you still don't receive the points on Monday, then I would check your bank to ensure the funds have left your account, and then contact Activision for an update.

I reset my console and everything its been 9 hours already and I got 2 of my purchase but not my 3rd one and they were all the same for the same game and account.

Pretty much yes. You only ever own a license to use digital games and that license can be revoked for numerous reasons. You could try requesting a refund due to the circumstances but exactly how that would pan out I don't know.

Microsoft doesn't give refunds, better watch out for your nephew next time and keep the contoller out of reach
