    when I preordered Forza horizon 3 and the new Gears of War both ultimate editions I was supposed to receive two car packs for the Forza Horizon 3 game which I never received and also codes for the old backwards compatible gears games for my Xbox one, yet
    I have received absolutely nothing in the way of this, and I know I found I contact support it will be an hour or so of repeating this and repeating that before I even get any where with one person then il be transerffered or put on hold like usual my record
    for one little problem with them is two and half hours and still then it wasn't sorted out, all I want is what I have paid for and was promised to me (well all of us that brought it) so please sort this out tyvm.

    I purchased the pre sale forza horizon 3 and Gears of War 4 and did not receive any promotional code concerning the DLCs of Forza and backward compatible games and dlc Gears

    Im having the same exact problem but with Gears of war 4 promotional. I redeemed the item online but it won't show up on my xbox one

    Trying to redeem code from 2016

    The promotion was till the 31st of December. It required that you redeem the Gears of War 4 code (or purchase it from Xbox Store). If you have redeemed it in January then I am afraid you missed the promotion period.
