    So i decided to get back into Dragonball Xenoverse 2 i havent play for a year and when i returned it said i lost the add-ons that I bought in 2019 and the store says i have to buy it again and i looked at the purchase history and it said ive bought it, and these were Xenoverse 2 pre order bonus, Super Pack 1 2 3 & 4, Extra DLC pack 1, 2, 3 & 4. Did i lose them for inactivity or did the system think i lost Privilege on having them

    Hi, I have a problem because today I bought Assassin's Creed IV and a list of recent transactions is written that the transaction was successful, but here there is a problem because I can not download this game on my Xbox 360. I'm sorry if I made a mistake

    I've looked through every reference already for all purchase history on both the Xbox and online. Nothing. This is the only account I have ever used or bought anything on so that isn't possible. I never licensed transferred with anyone, or recovered someone
    else's profile who owned it. I'm stumped.

    Sorry to hear it. If the full game does not show up in your download history (Settings>Accounts>Download History on the Xbox 360) then perhaps it was originally purchased and downloaded using a different gamertag.

    You can check your past purchases at commerce.microsoft.com. That website shows all purchases made on your account since it was created.

    If the code/content was canceled
    Probably is due to something went wrong with the transaction

    You can ask your friend to lookup in their order history to see what's appearing on their side
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    The last option will be contact their bank and see what happened with the transaction
    Maybe the bank rejected it finally and they internally refunded the money to you friend

    This is due to content once redeemed only can be removed if the person who gifted you request it via official refunds channel or via bank request
