missing points

Discus and support missing points in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; for quite a few of my 360 games my gamescore points have disappeared, the achievements are all still showing up as unlocked but the points aren't...     for quite a few of my 360 games my gamescore points have disappeared, the achievements are all still showing up as unlocked but the points aren't showing up. they have to add up to a good few thousand so I want them back haha. can anyone help?

    so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

    Freedom Rewards

    1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

    - Paladins 5hours = done

    - Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

    - Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

    1000 points missing

    Franken Rewards

    10000 points missing

    collect 5 Achievements from a Game

    Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

    collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

    Gotcha! Are the 5,000 CoD Points the only thing you're missing or are there additional missing items/points?

    Actually as I checked your profile your gamerscore is still showing. Try to delete your profile from your console, clear the console cache and download your profile again.

    Hey there Callum! If this was a prepaid card, the points should have been a separate code on that card that you needed to enter. If this was a promotion you purchased on the dashboard, can you let us know exactly when in January you went to Gold and what

    With the Xbox rewards program, it's not possible to have 372 credits. Are you referring to the Microsoft Rewards program? If so, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
