Missing points!

Purchased Rogue One and did not receive my 3000 points on my rewards.

Also purchased Final Fantasy XV and no points.

Please help.

There is activitiy on my xbox account yet all points are missing. Purchased Rogue One within the Live Rewards Mission period.

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Gotcha! Are the 5,000 CoD Points the only thing you're missing or are there additional missing items/points?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you only registered for the program on the second, your purchase of Final Fantasy is not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program. Furthermore, since that purchase would not have completed any offers, and you do not
have any MyVIP stars, it would not have awarded any Credits. The Credits for your purchase of Rogue One are currently pending in your account. Since it seems like you may not be aware, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits.
Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
