Missing points

This is an ongoing issue for a few years now I've done everything the email says I still don't have my points. What is up with this? And I don't want to say the same excuse that you guys know that this is an issue and your senior team is working on it because
3 years is Long enough to fix this issue

I've posted on here before with no help. There has to be a way to force the points in to account. I have over 30k + waiting for me.

I've called Xbox support and they cant help me since they dont support it. If there anyone i can talk to for more then a post. All i get is a post and then dead air.

What can support system is this?

What's the point of using this program if its not going to work.

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Hi ItsGameOverNow. The last deposit made to your account was on August 12, 2015. This deposit issue began in September 2015. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once
