Missing points

Hi, I'm missing 1,000 points for completing 5 achievements in the games i purchased during the halloween offer.

I'm also missing 20,000 points for purchasing Deadpool, X-men, X2, X-men Last Stand as part of Gotta Get Them All offer - other purchases made after these have updated on the offer.

can you please adjust my account accordingly?

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Gotcha! Are the 5,000 CoD Points the only thing you're missing or are there additional missing items/points?

We will adjust your account to reflect your achievements, but we do see that there is an issue with your Gotta Get Em All not properly tracking purchases. Our platform team is currently investigating this issue. When they return to us with their findings,
we'll update this thread when we know more!

We see that the adjustments have taken place and you were rewarded for your X-men purchases. However, it looks like you did not make your purchase through the Xbox store for X-men, X2, and X-men Last Stand, and they were not listed as valid purchases, which
is why they were not automatically Rewarded like your other X-men purchases.

It looks like the adjustment was not properly applied to your Deadpool purchase due to it being a Bonus edition. We will manually adjust that event and you should see Credits for that purchase pending by the end of next week.
