    I preordered dragonball xenoverse 2 and never got my xbox rewards points for doing so and it said if I preordered it I'd receive 5 to 10,000 points for it like when you'd preorder gears of war 4. Please help with this

    Hello,

    so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

    Freedom Rewards

    1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

    - Paladins 5hours = done

    - Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

    - Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

    1000 points missing

    Franken Rewards

    10000 points missing

    collect 5 Achievements from a Game

    Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

    collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

    There have not been any offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to receive
    the credits.

    Hello NITEMARESKITTLE,

    The only offer like that was the Gears of War offer. As Smwutches says, you received a Games on Demand punch for your purchase, but that title was not eligible for any other offers besides Games on Demand at the time of your purchase.

    Hey there Callum! If this was a prepaid card, the points should have been a separate code on that card that you needed to enter. If this was a promotion you purchased on the dashboard, can you let us know exactly when in January you went to Gold and what

    With the Xbox rewards program, it's not possible to have 372 credits. Are you referring to the Microsoft Rewards program? If so, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
