Missing points

Recently I preordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. I was expecting to get points but they weren't deposited into my account. Another question would be concerning the $10 cash back I would also be eligible for, for purchasing a game. I saw an email saying
you get the $10 back when you purchase from MicrosoftStore, Xbox 360, or Xbox One.

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Gotcha! Are the 5,000 CoD Points the only thing you're missing or are there additional missing items/points?

 

If you preorder a game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com you can receive a $10 gift code. If you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the
game shipped.

If you preordered Gears 4 digitally, it had to be preordered before October 1 in order to qualify for the credits. If you did, support will check into your credits and post back here.

There was no offer running at the time of your purchase that would have Rewarded that game. We had a Gears of War offer running throughout September for digital purchases only. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order and made in October, it would not
have qualified for any Rewards.
