Missing Points

I bought forza horizon 3 and was in a promotion that said if I got it I would get 15,000 Microsoft points. and the same thing for titianfall 2 and I have received any of these points and I was told it could take 4 to 6 weeks but yet again still nothing and
forza by now if that was the case I should have had my points but again still nothing I want my points I was promised if I bought these games some thing needs to be done and done soon. I have never had any problems in the past and have been with Microsoft
for enough years that this is ridiculous. I have tried this once before and was told to get ahold of xbox live and they tell me to get ahold of you guys. Thanks for your time.

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Gotcha! Are the 5,000 CoD Points the only thing you're missing or are there additional missing items/points?

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com
