Missing points / Update?

I am wondering how long it takes to update the rewards. I have met the requirements for the pre-order mission punch card and I still have not been awarded my 15,000 points and I have satisfied all the requirements for them. I am also missing over $150.00
worth of credits that should have been awarded to me for other game purchases and I also should have hit the 10% mark and 5 stars on rewards.

Missing points

Hi, I'm missing 1,000 points for completing 5 achievements in the games i purchased during the halloween offer.

I'm also missing 20,000 points for purchasing Deadpool, X-men, X2, X-men Last Stand as part of Gotta Get Them All offer - other purchases made after these have updated on the offer.

can you please adjust my account accordingly?

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing
