missing payment

29.10.2018 I paid a game pass subscription from the site on my PC. Later that day I went to the game pass on the console, but there was still required to pay. I thought that the previous payment has not passed and paid again. Later, a line confirming the
payment appeared in the payment journal. But there is only one line, and the money was withdrawn from the account 2 times and there is a Bank statement. Is there any way to write down the money for the next month or return it to the card?

2. Under Payment & Billing, click Manage Payment Options.
3. If prompted, sign in using your Microsoft account (also known as Windows Live ID).
   
4. Check the information associated with your payment options. Fill in any missing information.
   
5. Return to My Account.
6. Under Payment & Billing, click Billing Contact Information. Fill in any missing information, and then click Save.
   
7. Try to redeem your prepaid code again.
