Missing Packs DLC I've already purchased – missing after I had to do a re-install of the...

Is it the DLC or the actual game that is missing. If it is just the DLC, I would suggest re-installing the game. Check if the DLC is lsited as already purchased in the store as well. If it is then it should be in your ready to install list.

Yes I have done this so many times I have installed each and every dlc pack and after when I run the the game it still says missing data pack and when I go to the game install screen it says not installed but it is already installed

"Compatibility Pack Missing" can mean two things:

1) You have not installed the latest patch

2) You are missing or haven't installed one of the actual compatibility patches.

SOLUTION:

a) "You are missing blah blah blah" Method

-when you are prompted with this screen, press A

-when it takes you to the in-game marketplace, look for DLC (not shark cards)

-scroll through ALL the DLC content and look for ones that say PURCHASED (if they say INSTALLED, ignore them)

-re-download/install ALL the DLC marked PURCHASED

b) In-Game Method w/o Prompt

-go to the Xbox Games Store in the PAUSE MENU

-scroll over to DLC (not shark cards)

-scroll through all the DLC and look for the word PURCHASED (if it says INSTALLED, ignore it)

-re-download ALL the DLC content that says INSTALLED

c) XBL Marketplace Method

-Access the XBL Marketplace

-Find and Locate GTA: V

-Scroll to the section where you purchase DLC

-Look for ALREADY PURCHASED under each DLC (if it says ALREADY PURCHASED, ignore it)

-Download/Install ALL the DLC that does not say ALREADY PURCHASED/FREE

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR DLC DLED:

-Go to Storage

-Go to your HDD/USB/Save Device

-Go to GTA: V

-Look through the contents of your DEVICE to see if you have successfully installed ALL the DLC that you Downloaded.

-If not all the DLC content necessary to play GTA: O is there, refer to methods: a), b), or c) for more help.

When i go offline and click on campaign it says

"you do not own or are missing the Data pack DLC1 DLC. Please download and install "

When i click on multiplayer (offline ) it says

"you are missing one or more Multi player DLC packs, please download and install"

And when i click on CO OP it says

"you are missing one or more Special Ops DLC packs please download and install"

But when i go to the game and click on manage i have all 6 available downloads

What am i meant to do

Having the same problem on MW with the missing data packs after purchasing new X box 1 X and re-downloading all games. Getting a error message of "purchase failed error code PILUM" when trying to download packs. Also using manage game menu, and re-downloading packs, still no luck and same error code saying missing.
