    Missing out on rewards


    Hi I've been a customer with Xbox live for over 12years and I've been having a problem missing out on your reward deals for preordered games. I have preordered multiple games and I haven't seen the bonus rewards points for purchasing these games.

    i got all the games already on last months warrior rewards and iv got all the games this month and the movies i have on dvd this month and last.i signed up for rewards some years ago to get rewards but now im not geting any. im missing out on rewards because
    of this.

    Only pre-orders during the offer period are eligible for the Games on Demand offer. For example, from the FAQ for the current Games on Demand:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
    its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Since your pre-orders have been outside of the offer period, you have not received three punches to complete any of the Games on Demand offers.

    Sea of thieves Microsoft rewards time to party is not working and other game pass quests not giving credit.

    everyone is being affected in some way.

    but MS Rewards and Game Pass Quests usually get fixed pretty quickly and they do their best to make sure no-one misses out on Reward Points
