    Hi my xbox one that was only 1.5months old up and stopped working. so i called the number went through all the steps took a good chunk of my time had to mail it away. 10 days later i get another xbox sent to me fine and all but was also told for my troubles
    id receive a month of live. Im yet to see that email so i responded again to
    Xbox Customer Support and now an auto response came back they closed my report. Id like to get my month of live please.

    It's essentially Marketplace Fraud and in the terms and conditions of LIVE you promise not to miss-represent yourself including your location.
