Missing name change

I don’t know what this would be under but I went to change my name today and had the ten dollars to change but when I went to confirm my order my Xbox crashed but it billed the ten dollars and my name didn’t get changed to what I wanted it to. I also didn’t
even get an email for the purchase but it took my ten dollars I had

created character stuck as jacob cass

cant seem to change his name it lets me edit everything else but not the name am i missing sumthing

 

Name Change

When you called phone support, they should have been able to help you there. I don't think the forum/chat team would be able to make those changes. I would probably suggest calling phone support back, tell them that your full name(if it is your full name)
is in your gamertag and would like it changed.
