Missing my reward points after XBOX one S purchase

I purchased an XBOX one S 1TB Gears of War 4 console couple of weeks ago and I used the link I got on email in order to receive the 50000 Reward Credit but I didnt received anything until now. Please advise;

Missing Rewards from Xbox One S Purchase

Hi,

I am missing the 50,000 rewards credits from my Xbox One S purchase. I pre-ordered an Xbox One S and was charged for my purchase during the current offer period. The FAQ says it would take 15 days for the points to be deposited, but I was charged at the
beginning of the month.

Credits for that offer should be seen as pending 15 business days past the shipment date. If you do not see the Credits at that time, let us know, and we can investigate and confirm your purchase manually.
