missing my games

Hey plushkinn, for that you will need to buy a new key for the account you use now or you could try and find your old account if you can remember the email and password just sign back in if you cant remember your sign in try following the steps here

support.xbox.com/.../forgot-microsoft-account that is a good place to start and if all else fails you may have to call phone support in your regin they might be able to help.

i am also missing the "my games" section in my top scroll bar

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.
