    Why am I getting this message & can't play multiplayer since redeeming my 12 month gold live 2 days ago. Subscription shows it all went though ok & I downloaded one of the free games last night just to check & it was ok

    I am getting the same issue. Memberships are all active. I tried signing in and signing out, resetting console, and nada. Anyone have any tips?

    I am having the same problem. I just signed up for a 14-day free trial. It shows in the store as expiring on 12/1. I called support and he said he could see the code had been redeemed but not applied to my account. He couldn't fix it and finally said he
    sent me a 1 month code to my email that I haven't gotten, yet. I spent an hour on the phone.

    If your having the problem you have to go into settings, go to Online safety & family, type in password or passkey (if you have one) then form there you go to privacy & online safety, Xbox live privacy, and put it on Adult. Hopefully this helps you and
    you can go back to gaming.
