    Missing Multiplayer Priviledges


    Help! I had an email from Microsoft billing telling me to update my card information. Instead I went down and bought a 6 month Live membership versus a full year. I came home, input code and away I went. I thought this would take care of my issue with updating
    card info to keep my Live membership going. It didn't!!!!! Today I tried to get online and it gave me a message. "Missing Gaming Privileges." So I went online this morning and updated my Microsoft account with my new card info even though I bought my 6 month
    membership over a month ago to keep things going. It's still not letting me get online to play. Does anyone know what I can do to update the XBOX Live membership and get online? I threw away the XBOX Live Gold 6 month card with the code after I input it and
    was able to get online over a month ago.

    hey everyone, i need help with my Xbox 360 .I want to play Timeshift online but when i'm trying to go online it is saying "You do not have multiplayer privileges on this Xbox Live gamer profile,but any ways i'm connected to the internet and signed in sending
    and receiving friend request so everything is okay but that.

    You might have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid off.

    Best bet is to contact support
