Missing MS points

I completed the retro rewards mission by buying 1 1970s, 1 1980s, amd 2 1990s themed games or movies, but no rewards have shown up. To be specific I purchased: Dazed and Confused, Atari Hits Vol. 2, Varsity Blues, and The Matrix. That was easily overy the
$40 pre-tax threshold and covered all year ranges, so I should have 5000 more points in my account. Thanks in advance.

https://billing.microsoft.com to check your point activity to see what happened to the points. If it looks like something suspicious has happened you'll need to call support.

i had 2900 MS points that converted into local currency and now i cant find it.i bought an 800 point card and n 2100 point card. i recently changed region from isreal to US and before i changed region i had it

I had 240 points go missing I haven't bothered calling them though. I would call them however over 6000. That's a lot o points.

i would check your download history and first make sure that someone else wasnt using your console and spent your points.. if that is not the case call the tech support and file a report w/ them.. seems like the best way to go about something like that.

Hey M1DN1GH7 K1LL3R, in addition to what NJDevils rock13 said, you may want to check your billing history under "My Account". The "My Account" link is on the upper right of the page, near your gamertag and picture. The 'Billing History' link is on the lower
left under 'Payments and Billing'. If your MS points were converted to cash equivalent, you should see it there. Please reply if this settles the issue or not. Best to you!
