Missing movie credit after purchased the Elf movie in Dec

Hi,

I purchased the Elf movie on 12/18 which should come with a $5 MS store credit, I haven't seen that yet. Please help.

Did not get credits after purchaseslik

I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18. I bought all the x-men movies in a bundle in between those dates and didn't receive the credits.6 movies 5k credits per movie. If it's because I bought the bundle
it didn't say anything about not buying a bundle and the bundle for 49.99 was offered to me after I clicked on one of the movie selection in that mission. Can you help me out?

 

movies missing from xbox video

After the update I am missing movies purchased from Xbox video. I get kicked out every time I go to Xbox video. Help?
