Missing Minecraft Marketplace Purchases and Coins

If you have issues with your account, or accessing purchases associated with your game, as these accounts are supported by Xbox support, you will need to contact them in order to receive help in this
matter.

For assistance with your account, please go to Xbox Live account support.

The orders for the game packs were placed through Xbox. If these cannot be retrieved then I would like a full refund for the past 7 months of purchases.

I would recommend reviewing the purchase history of the account the coins were redeemed for to make sure there are no issues listed there. You can check that at the
Microsoft Account page under Payments & Billing > Order History. You should see the redemption of the code and coins in that list.

might be helpful in pointing you in the right direction.

I'd also check purchases from within the Minecraft Marketplace to see if anything was accidentally purchased?

Mine Coins is a premium currency and it can only be acquired by purchasing them on the Minecraft Marketplace.
