Missing Minecraft coins in my account after purchasing Master edition for PC

Thank you for contacting the forums. I am sorry to hear that your son didn't get his minecoins. Has your son tried signing out and signing back in with the same account which Minecraft was bought? I also found some instructions on redeeming content and minecoin,
"REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS: To redeem your Minecoin and content, you must log in to Minecraft with your Microsoft Account on the game home screen and visit in the in-game Store." If you still having issues, please
don't hesitate to contact Mojang Support.

Yes tried everything. No coins.

Hi. I purchased Minecraft Windows 10 edition Master Collection for my son. He sent me the request to purchase from his Microsoft Account and I approved the purchase and made the payment. However his 1000 mine coins are not showing up. I saw online it's saying
this is because I made the purchase under my Microsoft Account. However it only gives him the option to download the game under his Microsoft Account and asked under mine for me to purchase the game. How can he get his 1000 mine coins that we paid for?

Which "two packs" do you mean?

Did you buy additional content (like player skins or environment skins) with Minecraft Coins inside the game? If so, make sure you sign in with the same account that you bought the items with in the game.

Or do you mean the different Minecraft Editions, like the Starter or Master editions (that are the base game you got from your code PLUS additional Minecraft Coins and skins).

Since you only get the base game through your code, you can't get the other editions without paying for them.

Any additional content you previously purchased will show up in the Store app if you sign in with that account that originally redeemed the code by clicking on the Store Menu (the three dots in the upper right) and choosing your Library.

Did you buy "Minecraft Master Collection" or "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection"? The first is only for the console. You would need to purchase the Window 10 edition to play it on PC.

If you purchased the wrong version, you'll want to submit a refund request and then purchase the correct version.
