    why are my messages missing? I had a message with the ea access code for pre ordering fifa 16 I've just gone to retrieve the code but the message is no longer there wtf?

    I no I didn't delete it so does the xbox one delete messages without warning?

    I purchased XBOX Live Gold and I got the EA Access code, and it didn't work. And now the message is gone. I need help retrieving the code.
