    Missing Live Subscription & Rewards Points


    So I used my Bing rewards points to purchase a Xbox Live Gold subscription . I haven't received the subscription and my rewards points are still missing. Help

    Still missing 40 Microsoft points from Xbox Live rewards and 100 from Bing Rewards.

    Hi, after the change over anouncment from Xbox live rewards to Microsoft rewards I checked my account, I thought I would have had a fair few points due to the auto renewal of my Xbox live subscription. I noticed for some reason a few years ago you stopped
    crediting me the points even though my subscription has been active so I am missing years of points. If you could get back to me either here or via my email linked to my account I would appreciate it. Thank you

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    You can't use Reward Points to renew your LIVE subscription.

    You do how ever get Reward Points for renewing your LIVE subscription.

    Fallout 76 is not a subscription game but you will need Xbox Live. You can use Microsoft Rewards program to get points then you can use the points for monthly subscriptions to Xbox Live.
